Cancellation and Refund

PhdCatalyst operated by Elitepro EduBizTech LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:
1 The refund should be claimed within 1 day of registration. The no-question-asked money back guarantee stands void if the learner has accessed more than 10% course content.
2 No refund is given, if any kind of course content is downloaded from PhDCatalyst’s learning management system
3 No refund is given, if more than 2 class recordings are viewed from PhDCatalyst’s learning management system
4 If we believe that you are abusing our refund policy, it will be our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of company products, without any liability to you
5 The Company reserves the absolute rights to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website
6 The Company reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor emergency or natural disaster (like flood, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
7 Refund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed to the same source (original method of payment) in 7 business days post intimation by the learner
8 To request a refund, please raise a ticket using your Registered Email ID only
9 All refunds request will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the refund request by the company.
10 The payment gateway fees, other administration costs, and applicable transaction taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
